Payment processing note: Timeshare Information Center is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of Lakeside Closing Service, LLC. Card payments are processed under the LLC, so your card statement will show a descriptor beginning with "LAKESIDE". PayPal payments settle to TIC directly.   • TIC is a self-help information service and does not perform closings, transfer title, act as legal counsel, or provide tax advice.
  • The Options Packet is an informational product for my self-directed use.
  • If TIC determines no viable exit path exists for my ownership, my payment is refunded in full — same session.
